ABOUT HAPAHELP
WHO WE ARE? HapaHelp Foundation was established in 2021, registered as an NGO under Tanzanian Act, No. 24(2002), legislation No. 00NG0/R2213. Although we are nationally registered, services are currently focused in the Ruvuma Region. As a non-profit organization, our work is aimed at alleviating the immediate suffering of impoverished children, elders and women, and to strengthen their hopes for a better future. Improving the wellbeing and opportunities for women is another priority due to their critical role in the family and society. Because poverty affects almost every aspect of their lives, a variety of health, educational, economical and social supports are necessary to enable very disadvantaged citizens to thrive, to strengthen families, and to improve the overall community.
